Anxious? Take Responsibility To Alleviate It

The concept of taking personal responsibility is really hitting me in the gut. Realizing that I have the ability to take responsibility for 100% of the things that happen in my life has become liberating and skewed my life for the better.
Instead of letting all the noise of day-to-day life get at me and build up anxiety, I embrace the noise and make it mine and all of a sudden, I find myself sitting in the middle of a field listening to the wind blow, figuratively speaking of course. The calmness that has enveloped me by taking responsibility for everything has become infectious and I can not get enough of it. I was so pleased when I walked over to the lost luggage counter, after coming to the realization that my luggage didn’t arrive with me, not feeling any anxiety. It was liberating and empowering and resulted in a calmness that didn't add to an already stressful day of traveling 20+ hours.
If you find yourself anxious throughout the day, take the time to scrutinize why. And then take responsibility for why and you will be free of it, guaranteed.
